Frank Clark

Principal

 

Frank has been active in the San Diego commercial real estate market since 2012, building an expertise in investment sales, leasing, development and syndication. A native San Diegan, Frank left for Chicago where he studied at DePaul University and received a degree in Finance. From Chicago, Frank began his professional career in New York City, working as a Business Development Director for a multinational Business Services Company. Coming full circle, he returned to San Diego to pursue his interest in Commercial Real Estate.


Frank has established a comprehensive understanding of the San Diego market, and his perspective both from an advisory role as well as an active investor brings a valuable approach to each transaction. Working with national and regional clients alike, his exposure to and knowledge of intricate transactions is testament to the value he adds. Through creativity, expertise and passion, Frank and his team time and time again are able to successfully reposition assets, bringing them to peak operating performance.

Steven Hinger

Principal

 

Steven Hinger has over 17 years in the commercial industry. Starting off in commercial construction while in Nashville, Tennessee and transitioning after over 12 years to primarily commercial real estate brokerage services in San Diego.

​

Construction experience involved front end pre-construction services and value-engineering, managing estimating, change orders and transitioning the project to the project management team. The company held a steady $40 million plus in backlog, providing for over 100 employees and their families. Project types included Jack Daniels new facilities, Schermerhorn Symphony, multi-story office buildings, hospitals and schools.

Brokerage experience has included multiple new ground-up/reposition developments, educational, agricultural and standard market projects. Additionally, he worked for the past several years alongside investors, assisting tenants, and owner representation.

William Clemeno

Advisor

 

William has built a reputation of outstanding level of service. Prior to real estate, he worked for a civil engineering firm and aerospace company. While his engineering background gives him a firm foundation in problem solving, his creativity and listening skills gives him an unparalleled ability at delivering his client's needs, allowing him to continuously deliver above and beyond their goals and expectations. After engineering, William started off at his family's real estate brokerage company working on single family, condos, and duplexes. After picking up an interest on the investment side of the industry, he joined two commercial real estate brokerages building an expertise in investment sales, leasing, and development. His experience consists of working with retail, office and land owners in San Diego. 


He has built his service on the foundation of integrity and professionalism. That coupled with a true love for connecting with clients, William makes up one of the very personal agents who thrive at building and maintaining solid relationships with his clients.
