  • Advised San Diego County Office of Education on the Purchase 

  • Utilized our local relationships and network to identify and execute the transaction off-market and in a timely manner 

  • The negotiations included custom, turn-key improvements handled by the seller for the buyer prior to closing and occupancy.

  • Collaborated and negotiated with out-of-market brokers, title, and escrow

  • Exclusively working alongside Meridian Development to entitle and develop on City/Poway Housing property

  • Included 7 City parcels and 3 off-market private properties to assemble

  • Project includes 44 affordable housing units, 98 for sale condos and about 25,000 SF of commercial space

Keene, TX private development – advisor/broker

  • Unique County property to annex into City property for the benefit of 30 acres of development with huge deferred tax incentives on infrastructure
